How quickly can a team start?

Pods typically open within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Discovery can begin sooner we often run the two week assessment while contracting is still in progress, so no time is lost.

How do you price engagements?

Fixed scope, fixed price, set at the end of the Architect phase once we know the system. Discovery is billed separately as a small standalone engagement, so you can stop after it with a complete assessment in hand and no further obligation.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do, from the first commit. We work inside your repositories and your cloud accounts wherever possible. Ownership is assigned in the master services agreement, not negotiated at the end.

Do you work with our existing engineers?

Usually, yes most of our engagements are embedded. Our engineers join your standups, your code review rotation, and your on call if you want them there. Pairing is how the handover actually sticks.

What happens after launch?

Every engagement ends with documented handover: runbooks, architecture decision records, and recorded walkthroughs. From there you can take it entirely in house, or keep us on a quarterly evolution cadence with an agreed response SLA.

Can you take over a project that's already in trouble?

It's a meaningful share of our work. We start with a stabilisation sprint stop the bleeding, add telemetry so failures are visible before touching architecture. Rescue work is scoped weekly until the system is predictable again.

We're SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and we build to your control framework rather than ours. Signed DPAs, regional data residency, and background checked engineers are standard, not upsells.
